The Opportunity:

As a seasonal ecologist with Elite Ecology, you will be expected to carry out field surveys to assist in data collection for a variety of our projects. 

We are looking for seasonal ecologists across the United Kingdom and will consider applicants from all regions. However, our main locations are:

• Head Office: Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire
• Aylesbury Office: Long Crendon, Buckinghamshire

The successful candidates will get appropriate training and supervision to not only develop their skill and knowledge, but to give them a strong foothold for a career in ecology. Harmil Environmental have a strong emphasis on career progression and opportunities to progress within the company for exemplary staff will be considered.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Supporting the existing ecology team in working on a variety of projects
• Field Surveys for a variety of species (including, but not limited to, botany, bats, birds, great crested newts and reptiles)
• Report Writing
